In Texas, it is not automatically suspended unless you refused to submit to a blood or breath test. If you did give a breath or blood sample and it was found to have an alcohol concentration of 0.08% or greater, and you do not request a hearing to challenge the Texas DWI license suspension, it will be automatically suspended.
